Butler, Ravelette Reunite for ACT 1's Production of BROADWAY BOUND, Now thru 1/26

ACT 1-winner of the 2011 First Night Award for Outstanding Play-will kick off 2013 with its presentation of Neil Simon's Broadway Bound, the final chapter of the playwright's trilogy based on his own early years.

Will Butler and Jordan Ravelette, who appeared during the 2011-12 Circle Players season as Eugene and Stanley Jerome in Brighton Beach Memoirs, will once again take on the roles in Broadway Bound.

Patricia Rulon plays Kate, the boys' long-suffering and self-sacrificing mother and Bob Fish plays Ben, their father who is hiding a secret which threatens to tear the family apart. Broadway Bound also stars Gina Brown as Blanche and Patrick Goedicke as Jack.

Opening night-tonight, January 11-will feature a wine and cheese reception following curtain.

Directed by Lane Wright, ACT 1's production of Neil Simons' classic Broadway Bound is playing the Darkhorse Theater, located at 4610 Charlotte Avenue, tonight, January 11-26, 2013 at 7:30pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with matinees at 2:30pm on Sundays.
